Made according to sustainable principles.
MOL Campus manages to meet even the most stringent sustainability standards. First in the country, it has successfully achieved the BREAM Excellent rating and the LEED Platinum certification, thanks to our innovative solutions such as the 900 m2 solar panel system, the geothermal heating and cooling system, and graywater recycling.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
The LEED rating system started in the United States and can be used to evaluate new and existing buildings. Five environmental categories are taken into account when developing the evaluation system, these are environmentally advantageous location, water use efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and material assets, and the quality of the internal environment.
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method)
BREEAM is the market-leading green building rating system of Europe, which covers a wide range of building-related issues, setting requirements for, among others, management, health and well-being, energy efficiency, sustainable modes of transport, water efficiency, sustainable use of materials, waste management, land use and ecology and pollution prevention.
